An interesting cased Mod. 1851 Adams revolver dating: third quarter of the 19th Century provenance: Belgium Octagonal, rifled, 9 mm cal. barrel with foresight, with the crowned stamped "D"; at the back the mark "MANUF.d BY PIRLOT BORTHERS LIEGE - LICENSED BY DEANE ADAMS & DEANE LONDON"; smooth, five-shot cylinder, the frame engraved with racemes along the sides and outlined, with the mark "ADAMS PATENT 1851" and "ADAMS PATENT N° 8275"; checkered, wooden grip with ebony butt-plate. Wooden case, lined with green cloth, complete with all tools including a flask, a bullet mould, a spanner, a ramrod, a Deane bag for cartridges, and more.dimensions: length 23 cm.
